My writing portrays intimate reflections on personal experiences including the power of pausing, ah-ha realization, choice, the effects of trauma, and the transformative power of love. Each book is a unique exploration of the human experience, and can be read as a stand alone or as part of the series.
Shifting Our Relationship with Trauma explores deeply held beliefs about ourselves and each other, including the fear, threat, and trauma that generate much of human-driven experience. This book offers questions at the end of each chapter, as an invitation to consider and admit who you are and what you have been creating – both what you cherish and what you don’t want. These realizations give us fuel for creating new directions in our lives. Genuine, true sharing about our experiences, our grief, and of our wisdom creates new ways of participating – ways that include generating new choices about our relationship with trauma, individually and collectively.

Knowing Love is an epic poem that begins a fresh, on-going conversation about choosing and creating. Bringing to light some of the crucial and fundamental aspects of who we are, this “Once Upon a Time” unfolds in the woods, among the trees, where Love welcomes a circle of friends to join her around the fire. You too are invited to join this tale of discovery as winter melts into spring, weaving two worlds in loving embrace.
